[ Size ] Blade length 50.7cm (1 shaku 6 sun 7 bu 3 rin), sori 1.2cm (3 bu 9 rin), moto-haba width 3.15cm, moto-kasane 0.65cm, saki-haba width 2.01cm, saki-kasane 0.40cm, one megugi hole, blade weight 463.0g, total length of shirasaya white sheath 76.5cm
[ Period ] Edo, middle of.
[ Province ] Bizen

[ Feature ]
Form : Shinogi-zukuri. Iori-mune. Mihaba is relatively wide. Kasane is thick. There are some diffrences between moto-haba and saki-haba. High sori attached. Chu-kissaki extended form.
Nakago : Ubu. Yasurimes are katte-sagari. Saki is ha-agari, kuri-jiri shape. One hole.
Jigane : Ko-itame-hada well grained. Jinie attached. Pale utsuri comes to be appeared.
Hamon : In notare, cho-jis and gunome mixed. Ashis, yos and tobi-yaki appeared.
Boushi : It runs in sugu, then it turns in ko-maru form. Saki has haki kake shape a little.

[ Highlight ] Kawachi no Kami Sukesada was the son of Yokoyama and Sozaemon Sukesada, whose name was Ninzaemon. He received the title of Kawachi no Kami during the Genroku era (1688-1704) and cut Kikuichi on the stem. He also created swords in Osaka and Tsuyama, Sakushu. The first generation left a work dated to around Hoei era and the second generation left a work dated to around Genbun era. The sword is a sound piece of work, with a fine ground grain and a light reflection in the dense Koitame forging, which widens in the middle of the blade to form the gorgeous Choji-midare style.
