[ Size ] Blade length 69.69cm (2 shaku 3 sun 0 bu 0 rin), sori 1.8cm (6 bu 0 rin), moto-haba 3.30cm, moto-kasane 0.62cm, saki-haba 2.24 cm, saki-kasane 0.35 cm, mekugi-ana(holes) 4, blade weight 787g , shirasaya length 100cm

[ Province ] Ecchû

[ Feature ]
Form : Shinogi-zukuri. Iori-mune. Mihaba is wide. Kasane is ordilnal. Hira-niku attached. High sori attached. There are some differences between moto-haba and saki-haba. Chû-kissaki extended form.
Nakago : Suri-age. Yasurimes are kiri. Saki is very shallow kuri-jiri. Four holes.
Jigane : Itame-hada. Masa pattern mixed. Rich jinie attached. Chikei appeared. Nie-utsuri appeared significantly.
Hamon : Notare, gunomes mixed. Ashis and yôs appeared. Nie attached well. Kin-sens and fine sunagashis appeared frequently.
Boushi : It runs in midare-komi. Saki turns in haki-kake.

[ Highlight ]
Uda school began around Bunpô "文保" (1317-1318), by the settlement of Ko-nyû-dô Kunimitsu "古入道国光" from capital region Yamato to Ecchû province. They continued from Nan-boku-chô period, Muromachi period till Shitô era. This sword is so sturdy, it feel heavy on hand. High sori attached and well balanced form. Rich nie attached, chikei appeared significantly and nie-utsuri appeared in jigane. In hamon, kinsens and sunagashis appeared frequently. It has many appreciation points with many changes. The sword has Sô-shû-den temparament, among famous Uda school swordsmiths, most flourished during Muromachi period, it is attributed individually to Hirakuni "平国" by its characteristics.

[ Conditions ]
There is tiny scratch. But it is excellent in general.
