[ Feature ]
Form : Hira-sankaku, ke-ra-kubi neck is short. There few differences between moto-haba and saki-haba. Small size yari.
Engraving : On back ura-side, there is a bo-hi groove.
Nakago : Ubu. Yarusimes are suji-kais. Saki is kata-togi one side fine polishing.
Jigane : Itame-hada with some changes. Jinie attached.
Hamon : Notare. Ko-gunomes mixed. Ko-nie attached. Tobi-yaki tempered area appeared.
Boushi :

[ Highlight ]Kawachi-no-kami Kunisuke I was born in Kameyama, Ise. He was a pupil of Kunihiro Horikawa and a master craftsman of Kazumasa Seki. Lived in Osaka. Died on 30 May 1871. There are chronological works from around Keicho 1 to his later years. Inscribed as 'Kunisuke from Kobe, Seshu', 'Kunisuke Fujiwara, Kawachi-no-kami', 'Kunisuke Kobayashi, Kawachi-no-kami', etc. The sons of Kunisuke I (Musashi-no-kami Kunitsugu, Kawachi-no-kami Kunisuke II "Nakakawachi", Higo-no-kami Kuniyasu and Ise-no-kami Kuniteru) also became excellent swordsmiths and were part of a prosperous clan. This is a small, thick, flat triangular spirit spear with a well-built, well-grained base iron and a small patterned, turbulent blade with a small nie part, a bright nioi-kuchi and a flaring tempered area.
