FOR SHIPPING

The goods will be shipped within three days after confirmation of remittnace advice.
For your reference ;
a) it usually requires two weeks to complete of making ordered items, such as sword bags.
b) it usually requires 2-3 weeks in order to complete the procedure of the export (e.g. Japanese swords).
You can choose any common shiping means such as EMS, e-packet (registered), air mail, standard mail (w/o tracking) or FedExfor sending.

CANCELATION

You can cancel the order if commercial goods condition(s) is (are) far different from any explanation and / or photos on our Website.

We only accept the goods return declared within 7 days after arrival.

If you want it, send us e-mail first.

Then please send them back using EMS equivalent means with insurance and sufficient packaging. Shipper should owe shipping cost and other related charges.
In case of sword(s), you should owe JPY6,300- per sword in order to re-register in Japan.
Returns will not be accepted if the condition of the product is different from the original shipment as a result of comparison.
