[ Size ] Blade length 34.8 cm (1 shaku 1 sun 4 bu 8 rin), warp 0.4 cm (1 bu 3 rin), base width 3.21 cm, base thickness 6.90 cm, 2 mekugi holes, sword body weight 341.5 g, total length of outfit 64 cm.

[ Province ] Hizen

[ Feature ]
Form : Hira-style, iori-mune, wide in width, slightly thick layer of grain, slightly curved at the tips.
Nakago : Raw-stemmed, kiri-style rasped, with a iriyama-shape top and a mekugi hole.
Jigane : Ko-itame-grain skin and jinie attached base.
Hamon : Sugu-ha straight blade with ko-nie attached.
Boushi : -

Wakizashi with polished shark sheath: Kotobuki: character zu design on red copper base, sleet pattern on sword guard (oboro silver base), takara-zukushi design on kozuka (Shaku-do copper with ishime), Daikokuten: motifs with absent style, menuki (oboro silver base).

[ Highlight ] A wide, slightly curved at the tips, Hira-zukuri Wakizashi. The straight blade shines well against the well forged itame-hada surface. The polished shark sheath with metal fittings, which is reminiscent of a wish for long life and wealth, is also in a splendid sheath.

[ Conditions ] The sword is old polishing and has some flaws, but the blade is sound and the sheath is in excellent condition.
