[ Size ] Blade length 22.9cm (7 sun 5 bu 5 rin), sori 1.1cm (3 bu 6 rin), moto-haba 2.16cm, moto-kasane 0.75cm, mekugi-ana(holes) 2, blade weight 144.6g , shirasaya length 36cm

[ Period ] Muromachi, second half of.

[ Province ] Unknown

[ Feature ]
Form : Hira-zukuri. Iori-mune. Mihaba is ordinal. Kasane is relatively thick. More or less narrow-bladed tanto sword.
Nakago : Ubu. Yasurimes are katte-sagari. Saki is ha-agari, kuri-jiri. Two holes.
Jigane : Itame with some changes. Ko-mokumes mixed. Rich jinie attached.
Hamon : Narrow hoso-sugu-ha. Ko-nie attached.
Boushi : It runs in sugu. It turns in ko-maru form. Saki has haki-kake shape.

[ Highlight ] The jigane has a well-forged surface, with a narrow, straight blade with a fine, well-done nie and a blade edge that is often frayed. The sword has a good shape, although the blade is a little thicker than usual.

[ Conditions ] Excellent.

[ Attachments ] Habaki(suaka-ji, gold foiled, double), shirasaya, bag of shirasaya and NBTHK Hozon paper (issued on 27th Jan. Heisei 24(2012)).
