Form : Hira-zukuri. Iori-mune. Mihaba is ordinal. Kasane is thick. Very shallow sori attached form.
Nakago : Ubu. Yarusime are suji-kai. Saki is kuri-jiri. One hole.
Jigane : Itame-hada well grained. Toward blade side, it has masa tone. Jinie attached.
Hamon : Gunome in koshi-biraki state. It becomes notare tone. Ko-nie attached. Sunagashi appeared.
Boushi : It runs slightly notare-komi. It turns in ko-maru form.

[ Highlight ]The blade is ko-gunome forged with an itame forged blade with a straight edge and a curved shape with a koshi-hiraki alternating pattern, with ko-gunome nie and sunagashi. From the perspective of the body and the way the base jigane is forged, it is believed to have been made between the end of the Muromachi period and the beginning of the Edo period. Nob-uji is a swordsmith whose book of signatures has been omitted, and the characters for "氏" suggest that he is related to the Seki Ujifusa line of swordsmiths. Ujifusa Wakasa-no-kami and his disciples were a group of swordsmiths who created swords that met the demands of the Warring States Period and are related to the Kanefusa lineage of the Yoshisada school. The black lacquered scabbard with a hoshi ume-bachi pattern on the circle and menuki with the same pattern is characteristic of the ai-kuchi type of koshirae making, and the sharply pointed end of the sheath suggests a toppei type of koshirae making from the end of the Edo period.

[ Conditions ] There are flaws and abrasions, old polish and minor rust on the ridge.
