[ Feature ]
Form : Shinogi-zukuri. Iori-mune. Both mihaba and kasane are ordinal. There are differences between moto-haba and saki-haba. Chû-kissaki form.
Nakago : Suri-age. Yasurimes are katte-sagari for old ones, kiri for new ones. Saki is kiri. Four holes.
Horimono : Each side of omote and ura, there is a bô-hi in kaki-nagashi style.
Jigane : Itame-hada well grained in nagare-gokoro. Mokume mixed. Jinie attached.
Hamon : Sugu-ha tone. Part by part, ko-gunomes and ko-chô-jis mixed. Konie attached. Nioikuchi is not so distinctive. Ko-ashis appeared.
Boushi : It runs in notare-komi. Saki is in hakikake like yaki-tsume.
Aka-cha ishime-ji-nuri uchigatana koshirae : dragon ryû-zu fuchi-gashira, mokko-gata ten-pô tsuba, waves ha-tô-zu kojiri

[ Highlight ]
There is differece between moto-haba and saki-haba. Nice line sori attached, chû-kissaki form. We can imagine the magnific form before suriage. Mokumes mixed itame jigane has more or less colored in black. Itame can be observed. Shirake appeared a little. Habaki design looks either cloud or wave. It makes fine combination with dragon motif metal koshirae fittings. Koshirae give us impression once dressed, no clouds nor sea block ones outlook, as if tasteful dragons began to move.
[ Conditions ] There is a small rust around flat surface of monouchi on ura side. Two observed from the shionogi-ji, middle of blade to mune. There are a few detached part of urushi painting on koshirae surface. Tsuka ito string has tiny scratch.
