[ Feature ]
Form : Hira-zukuri. Iori-mune. No sori attached. In the middle of blade, width is narrowed a little.
Nakago : Ubu. Yasurimes are katte-sagari. Saki is kuri-jiri. One hole.
Jigane : Itame-hada well grained. Mokume mixed. Jinie attached. Chikei appeared.
Hamon : Gunome-midare, togari-bas mixed. Ko-nie attache which tends to become nioi.
Boushi : It runs in midare-komi. Form is ko-maru. It turns relatively long.

[ Highlight ] The Seki Kanefusa family was descended from a son of Yoshisada Kaneyoshi's lineage Kaneshige, and the same signature was handed down for a long time from the late Muromachi period to the Edo period. The highlight of this work is the sharply pointed blade with an gunome, wavy blade pattern with a winning nioi. The blade design is brilliant with a fine sunagashi and a ko-nie, and the jigane with well-grained itame and mixed with mokume, with a strong shimmering jigane with a chikei and well-worked surface. The signature is slightly different from the typical signature of Kanefusa. This is a sound and well-made piece.
