Form : Hira-zukuri. Low height iori-mune. Mihaba is relatively wide. Kasane is ordinal. Tantô form.
Nakago : Ubu. Yasurimes are suji-kais. Saki is iri-yama-gata. One hole.
Jigane : Itame-hada. Mokume mixed. Jinie attached. Chikei appeared. Nie-utsuri is in tatsu state.
Hamon : Suguha-tone. Ko-midare mixed. Nie attached. Uchinoke-gokoro mixed. Hada appear in ha. Fine sunagashi appeared frequently.
Boushi : It turns in komaru. Saki shows hakikae.

A swordsmith ÔTSUKA Koretada lives Kikuchi city, Kumamoto prefecture. He learned swords creation under ÔTSUKA Moritatsu, who did self steel manufacturing using iron sand produced from Kikuchi river. He succeeded self steel manufacturing according with his teacher. He is a current swordsmith who is good at creating jigane steel.

[ Highlight ] Itame mixed mokume. Kawarigane mixed which is tinged with shirake. Nie-utsuri appeared jigane merged into suguha-tone hamon. In hamon, it shows several changes.

[ Conditions ] Ubu-ba remain. Very healthy state. Polishment is excellent, too.
