[ Signature ] omote : no signature　ura : ("折り返し銘"　Nagamitsu "長光")

[ Size ] Blade length 67.0cm (2 shaku 2 sun 3 bu 1 rin), sori 1.0cm (3 bu 3 rin), moto-haba 2.98cm, moto-kasane 0.55cm, saki-haba 2.11 cm, saki-kasane 0.35 cm, mekugi-ana(holes) 3, blade weight 681g , shirasaya length 95.5cm

[ Period ] Edo, first half of.

[ Province ] Echizen

[ Feature ]
Form : Shinogi-zukuri. Iori-mune. Mihaba is relatively wide. Kasane is relatively thin. Moderate sori attached. Chû-kissaki extended form.
Nakago : Suri-age. Yasurimes are katte-sagari. Saki is ha-agari, kuri-jiri. Three holes.
Jigane : Itame-hada well grained. Jinie attached. Chikei appeared.
Hamon : Gunome-midare. Ko-notare mixed. Ashis appeared. Ko-nie attached. Fine sunagashis appeared.
Boushi : It runs in shallow notare. It turns in ko-maru. Saki form is haki-kake.

[ Highlight ] The blade is of excellent workmanship, with a brilliantly polished, yet imposing body. The signature is not authentic, but from the age of creation, the book of signatures is considered to be from the Echizen Shintō era.

[ Conditions ] Excellent.

[ Attachments ] Habaki(silver, double), shirasaya and bag of shirasaya.
