[ Signature ] omote : no signature ura : -
[ Size ] Blade length 39.2cm (1 shaku 2 sun 9 bu 3 rin), sori 1.0cm (3 bu 3 rin), moto-haba 2.77cm, moto-kasane 0.57cm, saki-haba 2.10 cm, saki-kasane 0.37 cm, mekugi-ana(hole) 1, blade weight 328g , shirasaya length 58cm
[ Period ] Edo, end of.
[ Province ] Kaga

[ Feature ]
Form : Hira-zukuri. Iori-mune. Both mihaba and kasane are ordinal. There are few diffrences between moto-haba and saki-haba. Saki-zori attached. Chu-kissaki extended form.
Nakago : Ubu. Yasurimes are kiri. Saki is kata-kezuri-gata. One hole.
Jigane : Itame-hada. Some changes and mokume mixed. Jinie attached.
Hamon : Gunome-midare. Ko-choji-bas and togari-bas mixed. Distinction between hamon and jiganae is relatively clear. Ko-ashi, yo, fine sunagashi appeared. Ko-nie attached.
Boushi : It shows notare pattern. Saki turns sharp.

[ Highlight ] The notare wavy blade pattern is soft with distinctin between jigane iron. And it is regarded as a shin-shin-to sword, Kashu Kiyomitsu. This small size shinogi-zukuri-style sword is characterised by its katagiri-shaped stem and alternating gunome-midare wavy blade pattern with sharp shape blade pattern togari-bas.

[ Conditions ] Old polishing and thinly clouded.

[ Attachments ] Habaki( suaka-ji, single), shirasaya, bag of shirasaya and NBTHK kicho paper (issued on 15th June Showa 44(1969))
