[ Feature ]
Form : Shinogi-zukuri. Iori-mune. Both mihaba and kasane are ordinal. There are some diffrences between moto-haba and saki-haba. Saki-zori attached. Chu-kissaki extended form.
Nakago : Ubu. Yasurimes are kiri. Saki is ha-agari, kuri-jiri. One hole.
Jigane : Itame-hada with some changes. Jinie attached. Chikei appeared.
Hamon : Gunome-midare. Cho-ji-bas mixed. Ashis, yôs and Tobi-yaki appeared. Nie attached.
Boushi : It runs with shallow midare-komi. Saki has haki-kake form. It turns deeply.

[ Highlight ] This wakizashi has a curved, extended cutting edge, with a lively, midare-ba blade with a nie, tobiyaki appearance. Shitahara Hiroshige was the son of Takumi Chikashige, called Yamamoto Shinshichiro, a swordsmith of the Shitahara school, and lived in Onkata village, Hachioji. He is known to have donated large swords to Kashima Shrine and Bushu Mitake Shrine. It is known that he made these swords on the order of Mita Terumasa, a member of the Oishi clan, who was lord of Ome in Bushu. Some pieces bear inscriptions such as "Bushu ju Hiroshige", "Bushu Shimohara ju Hiroshige" and "Bushu Shimohara ju Hiroshige Mita-shi no mei ni yori". (e.g. "武州住広重", "武州下原住広重","武州下原住広重依三田氏命", etc.)

[ Conditions ] There are slight forging cracks on the shinogiji and mune, but they are not very noticeable.
