[ Size ] Blade length 68.5cm (2 shaku 2 sun 6 bu 0 rin), sori 1.2cm (3 bu 9 rin), moto-haba 3.06cm, moto-kasane 0.55cm, saki-haba 1.91cm, saki-kasane 0.39cm, mekugi-ana(holes) 2, blade weight 631.5g , shirasaya length 95cm
[ Period ] Nan-boku-cho
[ Province ] Chikuzen "筑前"

[ Feature ]
Form: Shinogi-zukuri. Iori-mune. Both mihaba and kasane are ordinal. There are some differences between moto-haba and saki-haba. Shallow sori attached. Chu-kissaki extended form.
Nakago : O-suri-age. Yasurimes are kiri. Saki is kuri-jiri. Two holes.
JIgane : O-itame-hada. A little grained patterns come to be appeared on the surface. Jifu mixed. Jinie attached.
Hamon : Hoso-suguha. (Sugu-ha which width is narrow). Shallow notare little mixed. Its edge becomes to be loosened. Ko-ashi appeared. Ko-nie attached. Sunagashis appeared.
Boushi : It runs in sugu. It turns in o-maru form. Saki becomes hakikake shape.

[ Highlight ] O-itame jigane, which has grained patterns come to be surface, nioi-kuchi unnoticeably loosened, and ko-nie attached narrow width sugu-ha, all of which show the characteristics of the Kyûshû style. The sword has a Yamato temperament, and the Jigane (ground iron) has a fine skin, which confirms the Ko-Kongo-hyoe attribution.

[ Conditions ] Excellent. The content of the red letter is unknown.

[ Attachments ] Habaki (suaka-ji, gold foiled, single), shirasaya, bag of shirasaya and NBTHK Hozon paper ( issuned on 24th May Reiwa 3(2021))
