[ Highlight ] Omi Daijo Tadahiro was the eldest son of the first Tadayoshi (later Musashi Daijo Tadahiro), and even at the young age of 19, he is known to have created swords from 1632, the year his father died. With the support of the disciples of Tadayoshi I, the second Tadahiro was able to fully develop his natural talent and skills, and he received the title of Omi Daijo in 1631. He continued to create swords for over 60 years, longer than any other Hizen swordsmith, and his school prospered greatly throughout the Edo period. This work has the straight blade that Tadahiro was good at, and the finely forged surface is superb, with a deep nioi scent and a thick layer of ko-nie small bubbles, and the boushi hat that quickly turns into a ko-maru small circle also shows the typical style of the work.
[ Conditions ] There are slight rust and flaws.
